We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you need to return your item to us for any reason, please send it back to D&X London, in its original packaging, within 30 days. We ask that your item be in the condition in which it was received. Unfortunately for sanitary reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earring purchases or gift sets that contain earrings.
Any faulty items will only be accepted for a refund if the item/s are deemed to have a manufacturing fault within 12 months after delivery. Any items displaying damage which have been deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the instance of a faulty item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, several pictures of the faulty item, and a brief description of the issue or fault with this product. After this step, a member of our Team will be in contact to see how we can help.
How to return your item:
D&X London strives to create a customer-friendly, easy returns process. To return your unopened and unused item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason you’re returning your purchase.
Once we have your information, we will issue you an authorisation code. Please include this code inside your package and send it to:

You are responsible for shipping your return items to D&X London. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we suggest that you send your package via a Tracked & Signed delivery service to ensure that it arrives safely. We are unable to accept proof of posting as proof of delivery.
If you are returning an item that was damaged or faulty when you received it, or one that has been incorrectly supplied by D&X London, you will be provided a returns label or refunded your shipping costs.
For undamaged/unwanted items, we are regrettably unable to compensate you for your shipping costs.
If you received your D&X London product as a gift, and you aren’t fully satisfied with it, the sender of the gift will be refunded via their original payment method. Please note any earrings or gift sets containing earrings, cannot be refunded.
Once your return in received and inspected we will send you an email notification.
If your refund is approved, D&X London will credit your original method of payment within 5 - 7 working days. If you have not received a refund within that window, refer to your bank account or contact your credit card company; there is often a processing period before a refund is posted. As D&X London is not able to process exchanges, we ask that you place a new order online for the product you want.
